Institutional Investor Names OFI Institutional "Emerging Markets Manager of the Year"
About Institutional Investor’s 2010 U.S. Investment
Management Awards Institutional Investor magazine’s 2010 U.S. Investment Management Awards
recognize U.S. money managers in 20 asset classes and strategies that stood out
in the eyes of the investor community for their exceptional
performance, risk management and service.
Institutional Investor surveyed a broad range of institutional investors including
endowments, pension funds, foundations and family offices. Over one thousand
survey participants were asked to rank their top managers using a scale of 1-10 in
the areas of Client Service, Innovation, Performance, Reputation and Risk
Management. Survey participants were also asked to rate the importance of the
criteria. Award winners were selected by the editors of the magazine based on a
weighted analysis of the survey data.
The award does not predict or depict the performance of any investment. It is
important to remember that investing in foreign securities involves additional
expenses and special risks, such as currency fluctuations, foreign taxes and political
and economic factors. Investments in emerging and developing markets may be
especially volatile. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
