From the North:
Route 93 South, take the Purchase Street exit, Exit 23. On ramp, stay in the right lane to go straight onto Purchase Street. Follow Purchase Street two blocks and take a left onto Congress Street and a left onto Atlantic Avenue. OFI Institutional Asset Management is at 470 Atlantic Avenue, a 14-story red brick and green glass building on the right. Parking is available in the building.

From the South:
Route 93 North, take South Station/South Boston/I-90 East & West exit, Exit 20, follow signs for South Station. At the set of traffic lights turn right onto Kneeland Street. At the 2nd set of traffic lights you are forced to turn left onto Atlantic Avenue. Follow Atlantic Avenue three blocks. OFI Institutional Asset Management is at 470 Atlantic Avenue, a 14-story red brick and green glass building on the right. Parking is available in the building.

From the East / Logan Airport:
Follow airport signs to the Ted Williams Tunnel, take South Boston exit, Exit 25, left on Congress Street, right onto Atlantic Avenue. OFI Institutional Asset Management is at 470 Atlantic Avenue, a 14-story red brick and green glass building on the right. Parking is available in the building.

From the West:
Mass Turnpike, take South Station exit, Exit 24A, leads you on to Atlantic Avenue. OFI Institutional Asset Management is three blocks up on the right at 470 Atlantic Avenue, a 14-story red brick and green glass building. Parking is available in the building.
