Justin Leverenz, CFA | Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager – Emerging Markets Equity
Justin serves as manager of the Emerging Markets Equity strategy within the Global Equity Team. He joined the firm in July 2004 as senior research analyst supporting the Global Equity strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Justin was the Director of Pan-Asian Technology Research for Goldman Sachs in Asia, where he covered technology companies throughout the region. Justin also held equity research positions at Martin Currie Investment Management and Barclays de Zoete Wedd Inc. Justin holds a B.A. in Chinese studies and political economy and an M.A. in international economics from the University of California, San Diego, and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

John Paul Lech | Vice President, Research Analyst – Emerging Markets Equity
John Paul serves as research analyst of the Emerging Markets Equity strategy. He joined the firm as a research analyst within the Global Equity Team in December 2008, focusing on researching companies and trends in emerging markets. Prior to joining the firm, John Paul was an associate at Citigroup where he worked on complex transactions in a variety of industries including media, energy, telecommunications, transportation, sovereigns and infrastructure. John Paul speaks Spanish, Portuguese and French and has worked on transactions globally, notably in Latin America and the Middle East. John Paul holds both M.A. and B.A. from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Rajeev Bhaman, CFA | Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager – Global Equity
Rajeev serves as manager of the Global Equity strategy. He also contributes to the stock selection of the other strategies within the Global Equity Team. Before joining OppenheimerFunds at the beginning of 1996, Rajeev was employed at Barclays de Zoete Wedd Inc., concentrating in Asian research and research sales. Rajeev holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in international business from the Katholieke Universiteit te Leuven in Belgium. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Randall Dishmon | Vice President, Portfolio Manager – Global Value / Quest International Value
Randall serves as manager of the Global Value and Quest International Value strategies within the Global Equity Team. His previous positions at the firm included serving as Co-manager on the Global Opportunities strategy and senior research analyst for the Global Equity strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Randall was a Management Consultant for three years with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He also served four years as a Manager with UtiliCorp United and seven years as a Vice President/Division Chief with KCI Technologies. Randall holds a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Engineering from North Carolina State University.
George Evans, CFA | Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager - International Equity

George serves as manager of the International Equity strategy. Additionally, he is the director of International Equities, heading the Oppenheimer Global Equity team and the Director, Equities for OppenheimerFunds, Inc. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in 1990, George served for three years as a Securities Analyst and Portfolio Manager in the International Equities Department at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. George holds a B.A./M.A. from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Frank Jennings, Ph.D. | Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager – Global Opportunities
Frank serves as manager of the Global Opportunities strategy within the Global Equity Team. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Frank was Managing Director of global equities for Paine Webber Mitchell Hutchins. At Paine Webber, he managed a global fund, a global growth and income fund, a global small-cap fund and a European growth fund. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Manager with AIG Global Investors, a Senior International Economist for Prudential Insurance Company, and an Investment Strategist for Gulf and Occidental Investment Company in Geneva, Switzerland. Frank holds a B.A. in economics from Emory University and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
Shanquan Li | Vice President, Portfolio Manager – Gold & Special Minerals
Shanquan serves as manager of the Gold & Special Minerals strategy within the Global Equity Team. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Shanquan was a senior quantitative analyst in the Investment Management Policy Group of Brown Brothers Harriman. Prior to that, he was a consultant for Acadian Asset Management, Inc. Before entering the investment business, Shanquan was Associate Director and Senior Researcher of the Development Research Center of the State Council, a think tank for the Chinese government. He holds a B.A. in statistics and management planning from People's University of China, Beijing, and an M.A. in international finance and economics from Brandeis University. Shanquan has completed all the requirements except dissertation for a Ph.D. in economics from Boston University.
John Delano, CFA | Vice President, Senior Research Analyst – Global Equity
John serves as senior research analyst of the Global Equity strategy. He joined OppenheimerFunds in May 2007 as a Senior Research Analyst with the Oppenheimer Growth team specializing in the consumer discretionary and staples sectors for mid- and large-cap growth. He joined the Global Equity team in October 2010. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in May 2007, John worked at Putnam Investments as an analyst covering large-cap growth focusing on hardware, software and telecommunication services. During his nine-year tenure at Putnam Investments, John was also a derivatives analyst as well as an equity analyst focusing on retail. Prior to that, he worked as a trader at NationsBanc-CRT. John holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Duke University. John is a CFA charter holder.
Robert Dunphy, CFA | Vice President, Research Analyst – International Equity
Robert Dunphy serves as research analyst of the International Equity strategy. He joined OppenheimerFunds in 2004. Previously, he worked as a Lead Analyst at Nextel Communications for two years. Prior to that, he worked as an Analyst at Seneca Financial. Robert holds a B.S.F.S. in international economics from Georgetown University, an MSc in finance from London Business School and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Selin Gulcelik | Vice President, Senior Research Analyst – International Equity
Selin serves as senior research analyst of the International Equity strategy. She previously worked with the Oppenheimer Global Equity team from 1999 to 2001. She again joined OFI in 2010. Prior to that, she was the Head of Russian and Eastern European Equity Trading at Credit Suisse and worked on the proprietary desk of Salomon Brothers specializing in options and futures and analyzing Emerging Markets debt. Selin has an M.B.A. from Wharton Business School and a B.A. from Bosphorus University, Istanbul.
Heidi Heikenfeld, CFA | Vice President, Research Analyst – Global Opportunities
Heidi serves as a research analyst of the Global Opportunities strategy. She has worked with Frank Jennings for nine years. Much of her time is spent on intellectual property sectors like Healthcare and Technology, but she works as a generalist covering all sectors and all geographies. Prior to joining the Global Equity team, Heidi was a bond analyst for two years for Jerry Webman and Art Steinmetz. Heidi holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has an M.B.A. from Oxford University in England. She also has an undergraduate degree in business and economics from Susquehanna University.
Rezo Kanovich | Vice President, Portfolio Manager – International Small Company
Rezo Kanovich is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager responsible for the International Small Company strategy. Previously, Mr. Kanovich served as Research Analyst for Oppenheimer Global Fund. In that role, he covered all sectors and collaborated with all members of the Global Equity Team. He has also covered small and mid-cap names during his time on the Global Equity strategy (both international and domestic). Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, Mr. Kanovich worked as an analyst with Boston Biomedical Consultants, an investment banker with the Lehman Brothers Mergers & Acquisitions team, and as a consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Kanovich holds a B.A. and M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. dual concentration in Finance and Healthcare Systems from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Igor Tishin | Vice President, Research Analyst – Emerging Markets Equity
Igor serves as research analyst of the Emerging Markets Equity strategy. He joined OppenheimerFunds in January 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Igor was a partner at Troika Dialog USA where he was responsible for institutional equity sales and business development focusing on Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Prior to that, Igor worked at Kaufman Brothers, Avalon Research Group and Goldman Sachs focusing on institutional research sales specializing in Global Technology and Biotechnology. Igor speaks Russian and studied Theoretical Physics at Moscow Institute for Physics and Engineering achieving the U.S. equivalent of both M.Sc. and Ph.D. and received an MBA from Duke University in Durham, NC.
Elizabeth Lorber | Research Analyst – International Value
Elizabeth serves as research analyst of the International Value strategy. She joined OppenheimerFunds in 2004. Previously, she was an analyst at Société Générale in New York covering European equities. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan with concentrations in finance and accounting.

Paul Aynsley | Vice President, Investment Director – Global Equity
Paul serves as vice president and investment director of the Global Equity team. In this role, Paul works with the business units for the Global institutional and sub-advisory businesses. He started his career as an equity analyst in the United Kingdom and then moved to the sales desk where he focused on institutional equity sales. From 1985 to 2003, he worked for Deutsche Bank (which had previously been Bankers Trust and NatWest Markets) as a Managing Director, Deputy Head UK Equity Sales and Managing Director, European Equity Sales. Most recently, Paul worked at Kepler Equities Inc., where he was responsible for introducing a UK equity product to the U.S. market. Paul holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Oxford University.
Alice Fricke, CFA | Vice President, Investment Director – Global Equity
Alice works with the Global Equity Team articulating their investment policy, strategy and performance to existing and prospective clients. Alice has a background in banking, stock broking and equity analysis, in international markets. After beginning her career with Deutsche Bank (which had previously been Bankers Trust), Alice worked as a banker resident in Asia. She joined the firm from the Asian equity desk of Auerbach Grayson. Originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, Alice has lived in Indonesia, Japan, Australia, France. Alice holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from Virginia Tech. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
