Neil McCarthy | Chief Investment Officer – Large Cap Growth Equities
Neil is Chairman of the Growth Equity team’s Investment Policy and Strategy Committee and Investment Director, responsible for overall investment strategy and portfolio management of the Large Capitalization Growth Equity products of OFI Institutional. Neil was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Windham Capital Management (now the Growth Equity team of OFI Institutional), a firm he co-founded in 1988. Previously, he was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager in the Institutional Equity Management division of Bankers Trust Company. Neil received his B.S. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Marc Baylin, CFA | Portfolio Manager – Large Cap Growth Equities
Marc serves as Portfolio Manager of the Oppenheimer Capital Appreciation Fund. He also co-manages the Oppenheimer Equity Fund, Inc. and two sub-advised mutual funds. Marc is a member of the OppenheimerFunds Growth Equity Investment Team and has over 15 years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in September of 2005, Marc was a Managing Director and Lead Portfolio Manager of the Large Capitalization Growth Products at J.P. Morgan Fleming Investment Management. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he spent ten years at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. where he initially served as a general analyst with an emphasis on services stocks. He was named Co-Portfolio Manager of the T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund in March of 1999 and, in March of 2000, became the sole manager of that fund. Marc received a B.A., with honors, in Finance from The University of Texas and an M.B.A. in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Ronald Zibelli, Jr., CFA | Portfolio Manager – Small Cap Growth Equities
Ron serves as Senior Portfolio Manager of the Oppenheimer Discovery Fund. He is a member of the Growth Equity Investment Team. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in May 2006, Ron was a Managing Director and Small Cap Growth Team Leader at Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years at Chase Manhattan Bank, Inc. In March 1997, he was named Portfolio Manager of the Vista Select New Growth Opportunities Fund and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Vista Small Cap Opportunities Fund. He managed both funds until August 1999. Ron holds a B.A. in Finance from Lehigh University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Emanuele Bergagnini, CFA | Investment Director – Large Cap Growth Equities
In March of 2008, Emanuele was appointed Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) for domestic equities, covering both the Growth and Value Equity Teams. Emanuele joined the Oppenheimer Growth Equity Investment Team in January of 2007 and serves as the Quantitative Investment Officer on the Oppenheimer Dividend Growth Fund. With 18 years of investment management experience, he is responsible for quantitative research, technical analysis, derivatives and portfolio risk analysis. From 2003 to 2006, Emanuele was the Quantitative Investment Officer at Windham Capital Management division of OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc. In addition, he was a member of the Growth Equity team's Investment Policy and Strategy Committee. Prior to joining the Oppenheimer Funds family in 2003, Emanuele was a Senior Vice President of Windham Capital Management. Previous to joining Windham Capital Management, Emanuele was a Senior Vice President at Northern Trust Global Advisors in Canada. He received his B.A. degrees from York University in Economics and Mathematics (Statistics) and his M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Emanuele holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association, the CFA Institute as well as the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Julie Burke, CFA | Senior Research Analyst – Large Cap Growth Equities
Julie is a Senior Research Analyst for the Large Cap Growth Team. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in April 2000, Julie was an Equity Analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Advisors. Julie received a B.S. in Marketing from Georgetown University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Christine Carballo | Senior Research Analyst – Large Cap Growth Equities
Christine is a member of the Growth Equity team’s Investment Policy and Strategy Committee, and is responsible for overall fundamental research data management as well as some company- specific analysis. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President of Windham Capital Management (now the Growth Equity team of OFI Institutional). Prior to joining Windham, she was an Associate at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Christine began her career at the Bank of New Zealand working in the Foreign Exchange Department. She attended Assumption College.
John Delano, CFA | Senior Research Analyst – Large Cap Growth Equities
John is a Senior Research Analyst for the Large Cap Growth Team. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in May 2007, John worked at Putnam Investments as an analyst covering large-cap growth and focusing on hardware, software, and telecom services. During his 9-year tenure at Putnam Investments, John was also a derivatives analyst and well as an analyst focusing on retail industries. Prior to Putnam Investments, John worked as a trader at NationsBanc-CRT. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University. John holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Chris Emanuel, CFA | Senior Research Analyst – Large Cap Growth Equities
Chris is a Research Analyst for the Large Cap Growth team. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in March 2008, Chris was a Vice President and Research Analyst covering Small and Mid Cap Technology at JPMorgan Asset Management. Chris spent six years at JPMorgan Asset Management, working on a number of funds including JPMorgan Small Cap Growth Fund, JPMorgan Capital Growth Fund and JPMorgan US Technology Fund. Before JPMorgan, Chris spent two years at Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank where he served as an investment banking analyst in the technology coverage group. Chris received a B.S. in Neuroscience from Brown University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Michael Kotlarz | Senior Research Analyst – Large Cap Growth Equities
Michael is a Senior Research Analyst for the Large Cap Growth team. Prior to OppenheimerFunds in March 2008, Michael was a Managing Director at Ark Asset Management. Prior to that, Michael was an Equity Research Analyst at DLJ and an Assistant Vice President at NatWest Securities. Michael received a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Finance from Cornell University.
William Shepard, CFA | Senior Research Analyst – Large Cap Growth Equities
William is a Senior Research Analyst for the Large Cap Growth team. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in March 2008, William was a Senior Analyst at UBS Global Asset Management. Prior to that, he held Analyst positions at Axel Capital Management and GAMCO Investors. William received a B.A. in Political Science at Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Joseph has been a Trader for OppenheimerFunds since 1999. He started trading in the industry in 1993. Joseph holds a B.A. from Rutgers University.
Robert Pemble | Senior Trader – Large Cap Growth Equities
Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in 2004, Robert was employed by Caldwell & Orkin, Bulldog Capital, Hovde Capital, and William R. Hough & Company. He began trading in 1994. Robert holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
