Portfolio Manager

Ron Zibelli, Jr., CFA | Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager – Small Cap Growth Equities

Ronald serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager of Discovery Small Cap Growth strategy. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in May 2006, Ronald was a managing director and the small-cap growth team leader at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. He was responsible for managing 11 portfolios including the Merrill Lynch Small Cap Growth Fund. Mr. Zibelli began at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in February 2000 overseeing more than $1.3 billion in small-cap growth assets. Prior to that, he spent over 11 years at Chase Manhattan Bank, Inc., from March 1988 to August 1999. In March 1997, he was named portfolio manager of the Vista Select New Growth Opportunities Fund and co-portfolio manager of the Vista Small Cap Opportunities Fund. He managed both funds until August 1999. Ronald received a B.A. in finance from Lehigh University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Justin Livengood, CFA | Senior Research Analyst – Small Cap Growth Equities

Justin is a Senior Research Analyst responsible for the health care, energy and financial services sectors for mid- and small-cap growth. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in May 2006, Justin was a vice president and fund analyst with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers where he specialized in financial services, health care, energy and basic materials for the Merrill Lynch Small Cap Growth Fund. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch he also worked as an investment banking analyst in the Global Media Group and as an associate with Merrill Lynch Ventures. Justin holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from Georgetown and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Livengood is a CFA charterholder.

Ash Shah, CFA, CPA | Senior Research Analyst – Small Cap Growth Equities

Ash is a Senior Research Analyst responsible for the technology and industrials sectors for mid- and small-cap growth. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in February 2006, Ash was a vice president and senior analyst with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers specializing in technology for the Merrill Lynch Small Cap Growth Fund. Prior to that, he was a vice president and senior analyst with BlackRock Financial Management specializing in technology for small- and mid-cap growth funds. Ash holds a B.S. in accounting from Syracuse and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and Certified Public Accountant.

Mary Dugan Sheridan, CFA | Senior Research Analyst – Small Cap Growth Equities

Mary is a Senior Research Analyst responsible for the consumer and business services sectors for mid- and small-cap growth. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in May 2006, Mary worked as a senior security analyst at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers specializing in consumer and business services for small-cap growth. Prior to that, she was an analyst for small-cap growth at J&W Seligman and ING Pilgrim Funds. From 1994-2001, Mary served as a portfolio manager for Deutsche Asset Management. She also has experience as an analyst and trader at Fred Alger Management, Dean Witter Reynolds, Integrated Resources Asset Management, and Equitable Investment Management Corporation. Mary holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business. She is a CFA charterholder and a member of both the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.

Ryan Dolan | Research Analyst – Small Cap Growth Equities

Ryan is a Research Analyst focusing on the materials sector for mid- and small-cap growth. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in 2006, Mr. Dolan spent several years at Smith Barney as an investment analyst and a financial planning specialist. He holds a B.A. from Lafayette College.



Investment Director

Emanuele Bergagnini, CFA | Investment Director – Growth Equities

Emanuele is a Senior Quantitative Analyst for the Growth Equity Investment team. Emanuele is responsible for quantitative research, technical analysis, derivatives and portfolio risk analysis. Previously, he was a member of the OFI Institutional Asset Management Growth Equity team and a senior vice president of Windham Capital Management. Prior to that, Emanuele was a senior vice president at Northern Trust Global Advisors in Canada. He holds a B.A. in economics and mathematics (statistics) from York University and an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association, the Association for Investment Management and Research and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
